EPL Limited's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of M/s. Jitendrakumar & Associates as Cost Auditors for Financial Year 2026-27. Additionally, Mr. Vinay Thakur, a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in Internal Audit and Risk Management, has been appointed as the Internal Auditor effective May 14, 2026. Mr. Thakur has previously worked with companies including Godrej Properties Limited and Godrej Agrovet Limited. The appointments were made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and comply with SEBI LODR Regulations. These are routine governance appointments required under securities regulations.
