ERP Soft Systems' Board, at its meeting on 29-May-2025, approved the audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31-Mar-2025 and appointed M G S Reddy & Co., Chartered Accountants (Hyderabad) as Internal Auditor and M/s. S.S. Reddy & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditor, both for FY 2025-26. Statutory auditors M/s. Vijayaraghavan & Associates issued an unmodified (unqualified) opinion on the financial results. On a consolidated basis, FY25 revenue from operations fell to Rs. 964.55 lakhs from Rs. 1,170.37 lakhs in FY24, but profit after tax rose to Rs. 21.83 lakhs (FY24: Rs. 17.39 lakhs), lifting EPS to Rs. 0.55 from Rs. 0.44. The subsidiary Libertycom LLC contributed meaningfully (total assets of Rs. 1,680.52 lakhs). On a standalone basis, revenue declined to Rs. 155.12 lakhs (FY24: Rs. 212.62 lakhs), though PAT improved to Rs. 12.64 lakhs (FY24: Rs. 9.40 lakhs).
Routine governance update – new internal and secretarial auditors are in place for the new financial year, and the statutory auditor's clean opinion supports credibility of the numbers. The decline in consolidated revenue despite higher profits is worth watching, but improved margins and a higher EPS are mildly positive for shareholders.
