The correction fixes a clerical error in Item No. 6 regarding the appointment of Mr. Kanwar Nitin Singh as Non-Executive Independent Director. His DIN has been corrected from 07176093 (which is the Managing Director Neeraj Gupta's DIN) to the accurate DIN 10204543. Additionally, the resolution type for this appointment has been changed from an Ordinary Resolution to a Special Resolution, requiring a higher voting threshold of 75% majority instead of a simple majority.
