Escorts Kubota Limited has completed the sale/transfer of its Railways Equipment Business Division (RED Business) to Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited (Sona Comstar). The transaction was closed on June 01, 2025, at 06:00 P.M. in terms of the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) signed between the two companies. This is a follow-up to earlier intimations dated October 23, 2024, February 10, 2025, and April 29, 2025 regarding the same transaction.
