On May 8, 2025, Escorts Kubota's board approved changes to its auditor positions. M/s. Neelam Gupta & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. M/s. Ramanath Iyer & Co., a Delhi-based cost accounting firm operating since 1978, was appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26. The board also noted the resignation of Mr. Kushal Sharma as Head of Internal Audit, effective June 18, 2025, and appointed Mr. Satinder Singh — a 30-year internal audit veteran with stints at Electrolux, Nokia, Sony, Voltas, and Bharti Airtel — as his replacement from June 19, 2025. Mr. Singh will continue to work with Ernst & Young LLP and other reputed firms for internal audits.
