Escorts Kubota reported strong Q4FY26 results with standalone net profit from continuing operations up 29.6% to Rs 324.8 crore. Revenue grew 21.4% YoY to Rs 2,950.7 crore, while EBITDA rose 31.8% to Rs 386.0 crore with margins expanding by 103 basis points to 13.1%. Tractor volumes jumped 21.1% to 32,257 units and construction equipment volumes increased 9.2% to 1,877 units. The company completed its Railway business divestment generating Rs 1,601.7 crore. Total dividend of Rs 51 per share represents an 82.1% increase from the previous year.
