FY26 consolidated income was ₹1,392.7 crores (7.2% YoY growth) but full-year PAT was negative ₹27.5 crores due to ₹37.4 crores in non-cash MTM losses on foreign currency liabilities. The BOPET film segment showed margin recovery in Q4 due to DGTR anti-dumping duties on Chinese imports, improved global prices, and rupee depreciation. rPET revenue surged 266% YoY to ₹59.3 crores in FY26, while specialty polymer sales grew 21% to 3,836 MT. The company secured ₹165.25 crores of its ₹175 crore share warrant issue. Board proposed dividend of ₹0.25 per share.
Q4 showed strong recovery with margins expanding 40 bps to 12.6%, but FY26 was impacted by forex losses. The protective trade environment and sustainable packaging demand position the company well for improved profitability going forward. Promoter participation in warrant issue signals confidence in long-term value creation.
