Bansal Wire Industries MD & CEO Pranav Bansal outlined a strategy to grow around 20% annually without adding leverage, relying instead on free cash flows and internal accruals. The company, with a market cap of over Rs 5,000 crore, grew volumes 30-35% last year and is expanding into speciality wires while adopting AI-driven manufacturing. Revenue has nearly doubled from around Rs 2,000 crore to over Rs 4,000 crore, strengthening the balance sheet.
