Eureka Industries Limited has submitted to BSE the newspaper clippings of its standalone un-audited financial results for Q1 FY2026 (quarter ended June 30, 2025), as required under SEBI LODR Regulations. The results were published in Financial Express (Gujarati) and The Indian Express (English) on August 6, 2025. Total income from operations stood at ₹3,751.06 lacs, a sharp jump from ₹269.89 lacs in the same quarter last year but slightly lower than ₹3,914.33 lacs in Q4 FY2025. Net profit after tax fell steeply to ₹8.32 lacs, down from ₹41.23 lacs in Q1 FY2025 and ₹47.89 lacs in Q4 FY2025. EPS for the quarter dropped to ₹0.10, compared to ₹0.47 a year ago and ₹0.55 in the preceding quarter. Equity share capital remained unchanged at ₹875 lacs.
The filing itself is a routine regulatory compliance update and unlikely to move the stock on its own. However, the underlying numbers show sharply lower profitability despite higher revenue, which may raise concerns about margins and could be viewed negatively by shareholders.
