Euro Asia Exports Limited in their EGM held today has approved the Change in Name of the Company from Euro Asa Exports Limited to RRP Defense Limited

RRP Defense Ltd (earlier known as Euro Asia Exports Ltd) held an EGM on May 5, 2025 at 12:30 PM via video conferencing, attended by 25 members, where shareholders approved several major resolutions. Key approvals include the change of company name from Euro Asia Exports Limited to RRP Defense Limited, signaling a strategic pivot toward the defense sector. Shareholders also approved alteration of the object clause of the Memorandum of Association and shifting of the registered office from NCT of Delhi to the state of Maharashtra. On the board front, Mr. Rajendra Kamalakant Chodankar was appointed as Managing Director, Mr. Raunaq Rajendra Chodankar as Whole-Time Director, and three Independent Directors (Mr. Amit Kirti Nagda, Mr. Piyush Garg, Ms. Riddhita Ramnaresh Agrawal) were regularized along with Mr. Venkateswara Gowtama Mannava as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
