Euro Panel Products Limited has fixed Monday, September 8, 2025 as the cut-off date to determine which shareholders are eligible to vote electronically at its 12th Annual General Meeting. The AGM will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Tuesday, September 9, 2025 to Monday, September 15, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM.
