Pithampur Poly Products has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Tuesday, 30th September 2025 at 3:00 PM, to be held at its registered office in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. The cut-off date to determine shareholder eligibility for voting is 23rd September 2025. E-voting will be open from 27th September 2025 (9:00 AM) to 29th September 2025 (5:00 PM) through the CDSL e-voting platform. Shareholders who vote electronically cannot vote again at the meeting, while those who do not use e-voting may vote by ballot at the AGM.
