Excel Industries reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 109,424.93 lakhs for FY 2025-26, up 11.88% from Rs. 97,806.77 lakhs in the previous year. However, profit after tax declined to Rs. 7,340.04 lakhs from Rs. 8,349.82 lakhs in FY 2025, a decrease of about 12%. The board recommended a dividend of Rs. 13.75 per equity share (face value Rs. 5), unchanged from the previous year. The company has only one reportable segment now ('Chemicals') following reorganization of its business. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial statements. Operating cash flow remained positive at Rs. 7,231.79 lakhs.
Revenue growth was modest at ~12% but PAT declined significantly by ~12%, indicating margin compression or higher costs. The unchanged dividend provides some support for shareholders despite lower profitability. The clean audit opinion removes any going concern or material uncertainty concerns.
