Excel Industries Ltd has announced audited financial results for FY 2025-26 (year ended March 31, 2026). Standalone revenue from operations grew 11.9% to Rs. 109,424.93 lakhs from Rs. 97,806.77 lakhs in the previous year. However, standalone profit after tax declined to Rs. 7,340.04 lakhs from Rs. 8,349.82 lakhs, representing a 12.1% decrease. Standalone EPS decreased to Rs. 58.39 from Rs. 66.42. The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 13.75 per equity share (275% on face value of Rs. 5), unchanged from the previous year, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The auditors have issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial results. The company also reassessed its segment reporting and now reports under a single "Chemicals" operating segment.
Revenue growth was offset by lower profitability year-on-year. The unchanged dividend and clean audit report provide stability, but the decline in profit may create some caution among investors until recovery is demonstrated.
