Exicom Tele-Systems reported strong Q4 FY26 results with standalone revenue of INR 282 crores (33% YoY growth) and EBITDA margin expanding to 10.6%. Consolidated EBITDA turned positive for the first time since the Tritium acquisition, marking a significant inflection point. The EV charging segment drove exceptional growth at 60% YoY standalone and 83% consolidated, with Q4 revenue hitting an all-time high of INR 88 crores. Tritium, the US-based EV charging subsidiary, achieved $10 million revenue with 30% reduction in EBITDA losses and targets 3x revenue growth and EBITDA breakeven by Q4 FY27. The order book stands at INR 1,000 crores with additional pipeline opportunities of INR 400 crores. The company launched three new products from Tritium including a TRI-FLEX inverter for data centers with potential FY28 revenue opportunity of approximately $90 million.
Strong quarter with margin expansion and first positive consolidated EBITDA signals improving profitability trajectory. The EV charging segment's rapid growth and Tritium's turnaround provide positive outlook for shareholders despite near-term working capital pressures from facility ramp-up.
