Expleo Solutions reported Q4 FY26 operating revenue of Rs 2,863 million (up 2.5% QoQ and 11.9% YoY). Adjusted EBITDA stood at Rs 445 million with a margin of 15.5%, down from 16.6% in Q3 due to higher employee costs. PAT surged to Rs 493 million (margin 16.5%) versus Rs 234 million in Q3, boosted by a one-time tax credit and favourable forex. For full year FY26, total revenue was Rs 11,459 million (up 10.1%) and PAT was Rs 1,405 million (up 37.3%). Basic EPS for FY26 was Rs 79.89, up 20.1% YoY. Net cash position was Rs 3,757 million. Revenue split shows BFSI at 81%, Europe contributing 57%, and Digital revenue at Rs 1,441 million (50.3% of total).
Strong bottom-line growth driven by tax benefits and forex gains masks a sequential margin dip. The company remains cash-rich with no debt, but sequential margin contraction and flat EBITDA QoQ may concern investors focused on operational performance.
