Expo Engineering & Projects (Expo Gas Containers) reported Q4 FY25 revenue of Rs 39.83 Cr, up 57% QoQ and 52% YoY, with EBITDA of Rs 3.35 Cr (up 153% YoY) and PAT of Rs 1.57 Cr versus a small loss in Q4 FY24. For full-year FY25, revenue grew 52% to Rs 114.74 Cr and PAT jumped 321% to Rs 3.18 Cr. The order book stands at Rs 104.76 Cr (98% from storage tanks), with new orders worth about Rs 73.89 Cr announced after quarter-end from IOCL, BPCL, and Reliance Industries. The company has already utilised Rs 7.52 Cr raised via preferential allotment in Q1 FY25 and is currently raising an additional Rs 22.02 Cr through convertible warrants to promoters and non-promoters.
Strong YoY revenue and profit growth, combined with a robust order pipeline (over Rs 178 Cr including fresh orders), gives solid revenue visibility for FY26 and signals operational momentum. However, the ongoing Rs 22.02 Cr warrant issue may lead to equity dilution for shareholders.
