Konark Synthetic Limited has published its audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and full year FY25 (ended March 31, 2025) in newspapers as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. Standalone total income from operations rose sharply in Q4 FY25 to Rs. 1,605.35 lakhs from Rs. 787.54 lakhs in Q4 FY24, but for the full year FY25 it stood at Rs. 4,679.56 lakhs versus Rs. 4,360.44 lakhs in FY24 — a modest full-year growth. The company swung into a net loss of Rs. 321.38 lakhs in Q4 FY25 against a small profit of Rs. 4.40 lakhs in Q4 FY24. For the full year, standalone net profit after tax was a loss of Rs. 306.23 lakhs compared with a profit of Rs. 12.78 lakhs in FY24. Consolidated figures closely mirror the standalone results. Standalone EPS was negative at Rs. (5.53) for Q4 and Rs. (5.31) for the full year, compared with small positive EPS of Rs. 0.06 and Rs. 0.22 respectively last year. The Managing Director Shonit Dalmia has signed off on the results.
Despite higher quarterly revenue, the company reported losses at both the quarterly and full-year level, signalling pressure on margins or one-time charges. This weak earnings print is negative for shareholders and could weigh on the stock price.
