Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Ltd reported FY2026 standalone revenue of ₹14,186.13 lakhs (up 1.9% from ₹13,918.24 lakhs), while consolidated revenue grew 47% to ₹22,172.02 lakhs from ₹15,089.96 lakhs. Standalone PAT declined 25% to ₹905.73 lakhs (FY2025: ₹1,204.18 lakhs), though consolidated PAT grew 19% to ₹1,581.53 lakhs. The company recorded an exceptional loss of ₹101.91 lakhs from sale of stake in Altair Partition Systems LLP. Operating cash flow was significantly negative at ₹1,106.48 lakhs standalone and ₹1,708.29 lakhs consolidated, driven by large increases in working capital (inventories up ₹1,557.49 lakhs, receivables up ₹983.81 lakhs). The company appointed Bathiya Advisors LLP as internal auditor for FY2026-27.
The sharp PAT decline on standalone basis despite stable revenue is concerning, while negative operating cash flow despite profit indicates working capital stress. The company is growing on consolidated basis through acquisitions but faces cash conversion challenges.
