Facor Alloys Limited has informed BSE that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 24, 2025 to September 29, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The 22nd AGM is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 29, 2025 at 4:00 PM through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. The Company is providing the facility of electronic voting (e-voting) to its members for transacting the business items as set out in the AGM Notice, in compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 44 of SEBI LODR Regulations. The cut-off date to determine the entitlement of voting rights for e-voting has been fixed as Monday, September 22, 2025.
Shareholders should note that trades executed during the book closure period (Sept 24–29, 2025) will not attract voting rights; only members on record as of September 22, 2025 will be eligible to vote electronically at the AGM.
