Fairchem Organics Limited has notified exchanges about newspaper publication of public notice for its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. via Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means. The Board has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 7.50 (75%) per equity share of Rs. 10 face value for FY 2024-25. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from August 5, 2025 to August 11, 2025 (both days inclusive). The cut-off date for determining eligible shareholders for dividend and e-voting is Monday, August 4, 2025. Remote e-voting will be available from August 6, 2025 (1:00 p.m.) to August 10, 2025 (5:00 p.m.). The Annual Report has been sent only by email to members.
Shareholders as on the record date of August 4, 2025 will be eligible to receive the final dividend of Rs. 7.50 per share. Investors should update their bank account and email details with their depositories before August 4, 2025 to ensure smooth receipt of dividend and AGM participation.
