Fermenta Biotech has published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year FY25 in Business Standard and Sakal newspapers, as required by SEBI listing rules. On a consolidated basis, total income from operations jumped to Rs 48,129.58 lakhs in FY25 from Rs 34,747.02 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 38%. The company swung back to a net profit of Rs 7,640.28 lakhs in FY25 compared to a net loss of Rs 2,400.87 lakhs in FY24. EPS stood at Rs 26.35 versus a loss of Rs 5.42 per share in the previous year. On a standalone basis, revenue rose to Rs 44,220.95 lakhs and net profit was Rs 6,761.54 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 1,874.33 lakhs earlier. The Board has proposed a 50% dividend (Rs 2.50 per share) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
