FGP Ltd has received two orders from tax authorities giving effect to a favorable ITAT (Income Tax Appellate Tribunal) ruling. For Assessment Year 2007-08, the company has been granted a refund of Rs. 2,87,688 including interest. For Assessment Year 2008-09, a refund of Rs. 13,48,585 including interest has been determined. The total refund works out to roughly Rs. 16.36 lakhs. These orders relate to old assessment years from over 15 years ago and follow the company's successful appeal before the ITAT. The matter is being disclosed under SEBI Listing Regulations.
