Triveni Turbine Limited reported strong FY25 results. Standalone revenue from operations grew ~30% YoY to Rs 17,952 million (vs Rs 13,786 million in FY24), while standalone profit after tax jumped ~79% to Rs 3,744 million (vs Rs 2,090 million). Consolidated revenue grew ~21% to Rs 20,058 million and consolidated PAT rose ~33% to Rs 3,586 million. Q4 standalone revenue grew ~28% YoY to Rs 4,904 million and PAT grew ~60% to Rs 937 million. EPS for FY25 stood at Rs 11.78 standalone (vs Rs 6.58). The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per share (200%) on top of an interim Rs 2 per share already paid, taking total dividend for FY25 to Rs 4 per share. An exceptional gain of Rs 360 million from capital reduction of wholly owned subsidiary Triveni Energy Solutions Limited is included in standalone results. Statutory auditors Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong topline growth, sharp jump in profitability, and a doubling of total dividend to Rs 4 per share are positive for shareholders, signalling robust business momentum and healthy cash generation heading into FY26.
