Techindia Nirman (formerly Nath Seeds Ltd) reported zero revenue from operations for the second quarter and first half of FY26, continuing a complete halt in business activity. The company posted a net loss of Rs 4.51 lakhs in Q2 FY26 and Rs 13.98 lakhs for H1 FY26, narrower than the Rs 46.37 lakhs loss in the same period last year. The results were signed by the Resolution Professional, reflecting that the company has been under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since an NCLT order dated 2 January 2025, triggered by Agritech India Limited. The auditor issued a qualified opinion, flagging non-provisioning of interest liability of Rs 2,920.39 lakhs, doubtful recoverability of Rs 5,334.62 lakhs in advances, and Rs 589.31 lakhs in project inventories. Reserves and surplus remain negative at Rs 340.56 lakhs, and total borrowings stand at Rs 7,034.54 lakhs against equity of just Rs 1,079.57 lakhs.
The stock remains a distressed, low-liquidity name with no operating revenues, negative net worth, and an ongoing insolvency process that could materially impact shareholders, including potential dilution or restructuring under the IBC framework. The qualified audit opinion and going concern uncertainty mean existing equity holders face significant risk of value erosion.
