Fine Organic Industries reported FY25 audited standalone results with revenue from operations of Rs. 2,20,519.45 lakhs (up ~13% from Rs. 1,95,114.29 lakhs in FY24) and net profit of Rs. 38,966.25 lakhs (up ~6% from Rs. 36,755.15 lakhs). Q4 FY25 revenue stood at Rs. 57,624.94 lakhs with net profit of Rs. 8,853.78 lakhs. EPS for the year was Rs. 127.09 versus Rs. 119.88 last year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 11 per share on a face value of Rs. 5 (record date July 26, 2025). The Board also approved setting up wholly owned subsidiaries in the USA and UAE, and appointed CNK & Associates LLP as statutory auditors and NKS & Co. as secretarial auditors, both for 5-year terms subject to shareholder approval. The AGM is scheduled for August 21, 2025. The Badlapur plant, disrupted since January 2024 due to a fire at an adjacent facility, resumed operations from November 28, 2024.
Modest profit growth and a healthy 220% dividend yield on face value signal shareholder rewards, while the new overseas subsidiaries indicate global expansion plans. The auditor appointment and subsidiary incorporations are positive long-term moves but near-term stock reaction is likely to be neutral as core financial performance is steady rather than exceptional.
