Fine Organic Industries has published an extract of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 in Financial Express and Pratahkal newspapers, as required by SEBI listing rules. Standalone Q3 revenue came in at about ₹548.66 crore, almost flat compared to ₹550.36 crore in the same quarter last year. Standalone net profit after tax for Q3 fell sharply to ₹68.12 crore from ₹89.01 crore a year ago, a decline of roughly 23%, pulling down standalone EPS to ₹22.22 from ₹29.03. On a consolidated basis, Q3 net profit was ₹73.95 crore (vs ₹82.69 crore last year), while 9M FY26 consolidated profit after tax reached ₹299.56 crore, a strong jump from ₹82.69 crore for the prior-year nine-month period.
While the nine-month consolidated picture looks healthy, the sharp drop in Q3 standalone profits and weaker EPS are likely to be viewed negatively by investors in the short term, as margins appear to have come under pressure despite stable top-line performance.
