Finkurve Financial Services, an NBFC focused on gold loans, reported Q1 FY26 (June 30, 2025) unaudited results. Total income jumped to Rs. 40.43 crore vs Rs. 17.24 crore in Q1 FY25, driven mainly by interest income rising to Rs. 26.60 crore from Rs. 7.08 crore. Profit after tax grew to Rs. 5.09 crore from Rs. 3.91 crore (~30% YoY). The company also started co-lending on gold loans, building an off-book AUM of Rs. 14.25 crore. The Board allotted 2,100 secured NCDs of Rs. 1 lakh each (Rs. 21 crore total) at 11.75% annual coupon for 36 months, secured 1.10x against gold loan receivables. Of the Rs. 141.50 crore raised via preferential issue, Rs. 111.50 crore has been utilised for onward lending and debt repayment, with no deviation. Asset cover on existing NCDs stands at 110%. Auditor P.D. Saraf & Co. gave a clean limited review report.
Strong revenue and profit growth, supported by new co-lending business, signals healthy expansion of the gold loan book. The NCD raise at 11.75% will further fund lending growth, while maintaining 110% asset cover and debt-equity of 0.73 keeps leverage comfortable for shareholders.
