Finolex Cables Limited has announced leadership changes effective 1st June 2026. Mr. Mahesh Viswanathan, currently serving as Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer, has been elevated to Chief Executive Officer. With this transition, he will cease to hold the CFO position from 31st May 2026. The company has appointed Mr. Sachin Naik as the new CFO, who joins from Shalimar Paints Limited where he served as CFO and Head Legal & Secretarial. Mr. Mahesh brings 43 years of post-qualification experience including 18 years with Finolex, and has previously worked at Union Carbide and Philips Electronics.
