Standalone net profit after tax grew 14.4% to Rs. 622.9 Cr (from Rs. 544.4 Cr), with EPS of Rs. 40.73. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 6,486.6 Cr and consolidated net profit at Rs. 713.7 Cr. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 9 per equity share (450% on face value of Rs. 2), an increase from Rs. 8 per share in the previous year, subject to shareholder approval. Leadership changes were also approved: Mr. Mahesh Viswanathan elevated from Deputy CEO & CFO to CEO, and Mr. Sachin Naik appointed as CFO, both effective 1st June 2026. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified audit opinion.
The 12.5% dividend increase signals management confidence in sustained earnings growth. The stock's dividend yield is modest (~1.3% at current prices), so the dividend announcement is positive for income-focused investors but unlikely to be a major price catalyst.
