Finolex Industries has informed the stock exchanges that physical letters are being sent to shareholders whose email addresses are not registered with the company, its RTA (KFin Technologies), or depositories. The letter provides a web-link to the 44th AGM Notice and the Annual Report for FY 2024-25. The 44th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Friday, September 12, 2025 at 4:00 PM via video conferencing.
