First Annual Meeting of Knowledge Realty Trust unitholders was held on July 10, 2026 via video conferencing. 72 unitholders attended. CEO shared portfolio overview: 46 msf leasable area across six cities, Rs 67,000 crore gross asset value, 18% LTV, with 31% front office and 45% GCC occupiers. Four resolutions were put to e-vote: adoption of FY26 audited financials, appointment of SRBC and Co LLP as statutory auditors, appointment of iVAS partners as valuer, and adoption of March 2026 valuation report. Results due by July 12, 2026.
