First Annual Meeting notice and FY26 Annual Report

Anantam Highways Trust (InvIT) has sent notice of its First Annual Meeting of unitholders on July 24, 2026 at 4 PM via video conferencing, along with the FY 2025-26 Annual Report. Six items to vote on: adopting audited FY26 financials, approving valuation report by Mr. S. Sundararaman, his re-appointment as Valuer for FY27, appointing M/s. Mukund M Chitale and Co as Statutory Auditor for FY27 to FY29 (fees up to Rs 40, 45 and 50 lakh), and approving borrowings up to 49 percent of InvIT assets. Remote e-voting from July 20 to 23, 2026.
