First Fintec Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015, which requires disclosure of related party transactions on a consolidated basis, does not apply to the company. The company states it has no related party transactions on a standalone basis, no holding, subsidiary, or joint venture companies, and its financials are prepared only on a standalone basis. It confirms that the non-applicability was already disclosed in the Corporate Governance report for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The letter was signed by V.S.R.
