Flex Foods Limited has published its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025 in the Financial Express and Jansatta newspapers, as required by SEBI. Total income for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 4,606 lakhs, up sharply from Rs 2,815 lakhs in the same quarter last year — roughly 63% growth. For the nine-month period, total income rose to Rs 13,618 lakhs from Rs 10,467 lakhs. Despite the revenue growth, the company continued to post losses, with a net loss after tax of Rs 786 lakhs in Q3 FY26 versus Rs 766 lakhs in Q3 FY25. The nine-month net loss widened to Rs 2,930 lakhs from Rs 2,726 lakhs a year ago. Basic loss per share stood at Rs 6.31 for the quarter (not annualised).
Revenue is growing strongly year-on-year, which is a positive sign for the business, but the company is still making losses and losses are slightly deepening. Shareholders should watch whether the strong top-line growth eventually translates into profitability; until then, the stock is likely to remain under pressure on weak earnings.
