Flomic Global Logistics has resubmitted its Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 results along with the standalone cash flow statement in PDF format, after BSE flagged that the cash flow statement was missing in the earlier filing. Revenue from operations fell about 16.7% year-on-year in Q2 to ₹11,372.46 lakhs (vs ₹13,650.91 lakhs in Q2 FY25), and H1 revenue dropped roughly 13% to ₹21,510.22 lakhs (vs ₹24,733.18 lakhs). The company swung from a profit of ₹119.41 lakhs in Q2 FY25 to a loss of ₹101.36 lakhs in Q2 FY26, with H1 FY26 posting a loss of ₹399.15 lakhs against a profit of ₹62.67 lakhs a year ago. Basic EPS for Q2 was ₹(0.56) and H1 stood at ₹(2.20). On a positive note, operating cash flow remained healthy at ₹1,960.15 lakhs for H1 FY26, and the auditor (Doogar & Associates) issued an unqualified review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Negative for shareholders — both top-line and bottom-line are shrinking, with the company slipping into losses on a half-yearly basis, which could weigh on the stock. However, strong operating cash generation and a clean auditor review limit near-term solvency concerns.
