Fluidomat Ltd has sold 0.549 hectare (out of a total 0.743 hectare) of unused freehold agriculture land located in Hingonia Gram, Indore, for a total consideration of Rs. 177.00 lakhs. The buyer, Mr. Mahendra Mandloi, has paid the full amount, and the transaction is not a related party deal. Earlier in May 2024, a buyer had agreed to purchase the entire 0.743 hectare for Rs. 180 lakhs, but has now revised the deal to buy only 0.549 hectare at Rs. 177 lakhs. The remaining 0.194 hectare will continue to remain with the company.
