During this period, promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares, either directly or indirectly. The company has also instructed CDSL (its designated depository) to freeze the PANs of these persons for trading in Fluidomat shares.
