The Board of Directors of Focus Lighting and Fixtures Limited, at its meeting held on August 5, 2025, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. M/s. NP Patwa & Co. ceased to be the Statutory Auditor upon completion of their second 5-year term under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013.
