Foods & Inns filed its Q4 FY25 investor presentation. Q4 total income rose 15% YoY to Rs 400 Cr, while FY25 total income dipped slightly 2% to Rs 1,005 Cr. FY25 EBITDA grew 1% to Rs 129 Cr with margins expanding to 12.8% from 12.4%, aided by lower raw material costs. Q4 PAT jumped 339% YoY to Rs 23 Cr; FY25 PAT rose 14% to Rs 42 Cr. The frozen foods business grew ~35% in FY25, and the company expects similar or higher growth going forward. Spray Dried Powder is running at full capacity and the company plans to add a mid-size plant. It dispatched its first Tetra Recart export order to Finland and is in advanced talks with a Canadian customer. The Kusum spices brand lost one tendered client on pricing, partially offset by branded General Trade growth. The company also targets doubling Spray Drying topline in FY26 and sees Rs 90-100 Cr revenue potential from Tetra Recart.
Margin expansion and a sharp Q4 PAT rebound are positive signals, supported by capacity additions and new export wins. However, full-year revenue slipped and finance costs jumped to Rs 58 Cr from Rs 46 Cr, keeping overall growth modest. Near-term stock reaction may depend on whether the new Tetra Recart and Spray Drying capacities translate into the guided topline.
