Force Motors Ltd has announced that its 66th Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 17th September 2025 at 3:00 PM via Video Conferencing. The company has fixed 10th September 2025 as the Record Date to determine members eligible to receive dividend for FY 2024-25. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 11th September to 17th September 2025 (both days inclusive).
