CES Limited has constituted a Committee of Independent Directors in connection with the proposed voluntary delisting of its equity shares from BSE Limited, as required under SEBI Delisting Regulations, 2021. The committee is chaired by Tummala Murali Krishna with Vamsikrishna Rachuri as a member. This follows the Detailed Public Announcement (DPA) published on July 16, 2025, in Financial Express, Jansatta, and Pratahkal newspapers. The committee will provide reasoned recommendations on the delisting offer, which will be published along with voting pattern details at least two working days before the bidding period begins.
