Fortis Healthcare reported strong FY2026 results with consolidated revenue rising 17% to ₹9,128 crore from ₹7,783 crore, while net profit jumped 31% to ₹1,064 crore from ₹809 crore. EBITDA grew 29% to ₹2,136 crore, with operating profit margin improving to 23.1% from 20.6%. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per share (10% on ₹10 face value) for FY2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors B S R & Co. LLP issued an unmodified audit opinion. The company also appointed M/s Jitender, Navneet & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY2026-27 and approved an updated CSR policy. Segment-wise, healthcare contributed ₹7,773 crore (85%) and diagnostics ₹1,527 crore (15%) to total revenue.
The 31% profit growth and improved margins indicate operational efficiency gains, while the dividend and clean audit signal financial health. The ongoing SFIO investigation from pre-2018 matters remains an outstanding concern but has not affected current operations.
