Fractal Analytics reported its first quarterly results as a listed company, with Q3 FY2026 revenue of INR 854.4 crore, up 21% year-over-year (14% in constant currency). The company crossed INR 100 crore in quarterly profit after tax for the first time, up 10% YoY, despite higher losses from associate Qure.ai and forex headwinds. Healthcare and life sciences surged 78% YoY, banking and financial services grew 26%, while CPG/retail grew only 14% due to tariff uncertainties and TMT declined 2% on two client-specific issues. Gross margin expanded 17 bps to 47.2%, adjusted EBITDA margin stood at 17.8%, and the company holds INR 816 crore in cash with DSO improving from 92 to 78 days. Must Win Clients grew to 127 (from 113), NRR was 114%, and NPS stood at 77.
Positive quarter with broad-based growth, best-in-class gross margins, and improving cash conversion. Management guided for continued revenue acceleration toward historical 30% growth rates along with gross margin, EBITDA margin, and PAT margin expansion, which should be supportive for the stock.
