Promoter Bhupinder Kumar Sekhri is acquiring 88,89,784 equity shares (20.54% of share capital) of Fratelli Vineyards Limited by way of a gift from other promoters — Shobha Sekhri, Gaurav Sekhri, Aarti Sekhri, and Puja Sekhri. The acquisition is at Nil consideration and is expected to be completed on or before September 30, 2025. As a result, Bhupinder Kumar Sekhri's stake will increase from 0.47% to 21.01%, while the aggregate promoter group holding remains unchanged.
