Fratelli Vineyards has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed for all Designated Persons, including Directors, KMPs, their immediate relatives and connected persons, from 1 July 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. This is a routine compliance measure under SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, taken ahead of the Q1 FY27 results. The Board meeting date will be communicated separately.
