Fredun Pharmaceuticals has published its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 in Free Press Journal and Navshakti, as required under SEBI listing rules. On a standalone basis, Q2 FY26 revenue from operations rose to ₹14,529.14 lakhs from ₹10,735.35 lakhs in Q2 FY25, a jump of about 35%. Standalone net profit after tax more than doubled to ₹973.23 lakhs versus ₹427.33 lakhs a year ago, with EPS rising to ₹20.61 from ₹9.05. For the half year, standalone revenue grew to ₹26,514.64 lakhs (vs ₹18,616.43 lakhs) and net profit rose to ₹1,649.81 lakhs (vs ₹840.32 lakhs), with H1 EPS at ₹34.94. Consolidated numbers were broadly similar, with H1 net profit of ₹1,619.75 lakhs. The Board had approved these results on 8 November 2025, and the results were signed by Managing Director & CFO Fredun Nariman Medhora.
A sharp year-on-year jump in both revenue and profit, with EPS nearly doubling in H1 FY26, signals strong operational momentum and is a positive for shareholders. The newspaper publication itself is a routine compliance step and does not change the underlying financials.
