Fredun Pharmaceuticals has informed the stock exchanges that its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 30th September, 2025 at 09:00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, 24th September, 2025 to Tuesday, 30th September, 2025 (both days inclusive). The book closure is being done under Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulation 42. The closure is for the purpose of the AGM and for payment of Dividend to eligible shareholders.
Shareholders must ensure they are on the company's books by 23rd September, 2025 to be eligible for the upcoming dividend and to participate in the AGM. No share transfers will be processed during the 7-day closure window.
