Frontier Springs Ltd reported strong Q1FY26 results with revenue from operations of ₹75.34 crore, up 48.45% YoY from ₹50.75 crore. EBITDA surged 109% YoY to ₹20.42 crore, with margins expanding sharply by 790 basis points to 27.11%, helped by softer raw material prices and a better product mix. Profit after tax more than doubled to ₹14.74 crore (up 111% YoY). The Managing Director has set ambitious revenue targets of ₹375 crore for FY26 and ₹500 crore for FY27, backed by ₹15 crore planned capex for FY26 to expand Coil Springs and Air Springs capacity. The company supplies springs and forgings to Indian Railways (including Vande Bharat Express) and is ramping up its 6-tonne hammer forging facility, with a robust order book already in place.
The sharp margin expansion and clear multi-year revenue targets signal strong growth visibility, likely to be viewed positively by investors. However, the company's heavy dependence on Indian Railways as its primary customer remains a key concentration risk despite the massive ₹2.65 lakh crore rail capex tailwind.
