Postal Ballot to appoint Independent Director S K Luthra

Frontier Springs has issued a Postal Ballot Notice seeking shareholder approval to appoint Shri Sushil Kumar Luthra as a Non-Executive Independent Director for 5 years from 28 May 2026 to 27 May 2031. He fills the board vacancy left by the demise of Independent Director Shri Nimesh Mukerji. A retired Indian Railways professional with 32 plus years of experience, Luthra was inducted as Additional Director on 28 May 2026.
